CONSULTATION - LASER HAIR REMOVAL
Consultation appointment for laser hair removal (LHR). Fee is due at the time of booking your consult and will be applied to cost of LHR treatment.
Consult includes establishing candidacy for laser hair removal, conducting a medical history review, development of a treatment plan, review of pre- and post-procedure instructions, completion of consent forms for treatment, payment and scheduling of treatments.
Typically treatments are not available on the same day as the consult due to the need for pre-procedure preparations.
CONSULTATION - SKIN CARE
Professional skin consultation utilizing the Observ 520x and product education with a Licensed Esthetician.
Consultation fee is due at time of appointment booking and will be applied to product purchases over $200.
LASER PIGMENT REMOVAL LG - 10mm
Motus-AY LASER removal of a single pigmented lesion (i.e. hyperpigmentation, age/sun spots) which is 7 to 10mm in diameter. Three treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
LASER PIGMENT REMOVAL MED - 7mm
Motus-AY LASER removal of a single pigmented lesion (i.e. hyperpigmentation, age/sun spots) which is 5 to 7mm in diameter. Two treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
LASER PIGMENT REMOVAL SM - 5mm
Motus-AY LASER removal of a single pigmented lesion (i.e. hyperpigmentation, age/sun spots) which is 3 to 5mm in diameter. Two treatments spaced 4 weeks apart.
LASER PIGMENT REMOVAL XS - 3mm
Motus-AY LASER removal of a single pigmented lesion (i.e. hyperpigmentation, age/sun spots) which is less than 3mm in diameter.
LASER VASCULAR LESION REMOVAL LG - body
Motus-AY with an alexandrite LASER for vasular lesions (cherry hemangiomas) or blood vessels that can be ablated to reduce the sight of broken vessels. Up to 20 lesions on a maximum of 2 body parts (i.e. abdomen and leg, or chest and back).
LASER VASCULAR LESION REMOVAL MED - body
Motus-AY with an alexandrite LASER for vasular lesions (cherry hemangiomas) or blood vessels that can be ablated to reduce the sight of broken vessels. Up to 10 lesions on a single body part.
